The Mississippi Obesity Alliance (MOA) Program is a groundbreaking initiative designed to help Mississippians tackle obesity and improve their overall health. Launching in October 2024, this program aims to make life-changing obesity treatments more accessible and affordable than ever before.

Through the MOA Program, you can access GLP-1 medications at a fraction of their typical cost. These medications, which include compounds with the same active ingredients as Ozempic® and Wegovy®, are available for just $249 per 2-milliliter supply — a significant savings compared to the usual $800 to $1,100 price tag.
